Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

The Municipal Clerk’s Office is the information and communications center of local government. The Municipal Clerk serves as the secretary to the mayor and council and maintains all ordinances, resolutions, and minutes of all council meetings. Legal notices are placed in the Star Gazette and the Express-Times newspapers.

The Clerk’s Office serves as the general clearinghouse and receiving office for a variety of municipal transactions.
